3. Design Development

Detailed floor plans and elevations with 3D renderings and modeling.

4. Permits & Approvals

Comprehensive drawings and specifications for construction—architectural details, finishes and site coordination. Coordination with structural engineers and consultants.

5. Construction Documentation

Construction drawings compliant with Ontario Building Code and municipal bylaws. Building permit applications, Committee of Adjustment support for minor variances, and Site Plan Approval coordination when required.
